Da trent'anni tutti i governi italiani praticano tagli al trasporto pubblico locale.
Adesso si meravigliano dell'esistenza del blocco telefonico, e del binario unico,
sulle linee della Ferrotranviaria,
risalenti agli anni 50, che già da allora, ha soppiantato il telegrafo, allora esistente .
Che esercito di stronzi .
I celenterati che lo avevano incentivato,
ora si meravigliano della sua esistenza.
Con la tecnologia e le risorse che ci sono oggi a disposizione, è inaccettabile catalogare la tragedia pugliese come un incidente.
Se nel 2016 ci sono ancora tratti ferroviari a binario unico, e senza dispositivi di sicurezza, è perchè è stato deciso di non investire lì.
Se anzichè spendere miliardi di euro per bucare la Val di Susa per l'opera inutile della TAV si fossero usati quei soldi per sistemare questa e altre tratte a binario unico,
oggi non saremmo a piangere 27 morti.
Nella legge di stabilità 2015 il governo di Renzi e Delrio, ministro dei trasporti, ha assegnato 4 miliardi e mezzo per il miglioramento della rete ferroviaria del centro nord,
e 60 milioni per quella del sud,
ovvero l'1,3% del totale stanziato. Troppe gocce?
Per il binario unico dove i treni si sono scontrati era pronto un progetto di raddoppio dal 2007.
Il problema non è la velocità, ma la sicurezza.
Sulla tratta di Andria mancano i sistemi automatici che azzerano il rischio:
non ci sono i sensori, presenti sulla stragrande maggioranza della rete ferroviaria italiana,
che, a man a mano che il treno avanza, comunicano eventuali ostacoli e, nel caso, attivano automaticamente procedure di rallentamento o di stop.
C'erano 180 milioni di fondi europei, scaduti nella prima tranche il 31 dicembre 2015 .
Il Grande progetto di adeguamento ferroviario dell'area metropolitana del Nord barese includeva fra gli interventi anche il raddoppio di quel binario.
Ma si è perso tempo con gli espropri, con le autorizzazioni, con l'impiego delle risorse. Il progetto non è mai partito, il binario è rimasto unico.
Questo avrebbe ridotto una parte del rischio.
Almeno altri tre anni sono andati persi nei percorsi della burocrazia.
Non è stato un incidente.
E' stato un caso di malaferrovia; una ferrovia gestita da idioti, che comprano treni superveloci,
e non si interessano dei sistemi di sicurezza,
e di come gestire i treni superveloci acquistati poco prima,
perchè gli idioti non si interessano della sicurezza.
Sono idioti e basta.
